Discounts - Earn a $25 discount for each additional person you recruit for the trip. When they put your name on their registration and send their deposit, we will credit your discount on your balance due. *No discount referrals will apply to the Hall of Fame trip.
Reservation Policy – Your deposit of $250 is your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy - Must be in writing. 65 days before departure - full refund. 40-64 days before departure - refund minus $75 fee. Within 39 days, refund minus $75 fee only if a replacement is found.
Diamond Memories responsibilities include: securing quality transportation, decent motel accommodations, and your game tickets. Diamond Memories cannot be held responsible for inclement weather, mechanical failure of transportation, delays/obstacles beyond our control.
Family/kid-friendly atmosphere
Each Diamond Memories Tour has three Ground Rules. You go on a trip wanting to have a good time. We do our best to make sure that happens which is why we have come up with these basic boundaries. We have never had a problem on any trip – because we state the boundaries up front.
We know that you will abide by them. We want you to be assured that we will expect every person going on your trip to abide by them so that you can relax and enjoy yourself and know that your child will be in a positive environment.
1. When the bus is scheduled to leave, be on it.
2. There will be no drunkenness.
3. There will be no extra-curricular marital activities.
Anyone choosing to not abide by these boundaries will be dismissed from the trip with no financial consideration or refund. If you cannot or will not abide within these boundaries, please don’t sign up.
